This lake home was perfect for my family. The place was very clean and had a beautiful and peaceful view. We loved sitting on the boat house dock and watching the sun go down. It was also very convenient when we rented a boat to cruise the lake. Jeremy had great details in the check in and check out instructions - it was a very smooth process and he was very responsive when we messaged him about questions we had. We would rent from him again in our next tulip to Hyco Lake!

The home matched the pictures to a t and had amazing views. Jeremy was a perfect host and was very responsive whenever I had questions. He also gave good recommendations. The home had great amenties to help enjoy the lake. Would 100% go back if I find myself back in Roxboro.

We had a great stay! The house was very nice and in the perfect location — just outside of Greensboro and very close to High Point. It was centrally located near convenient amenities like gas stations, restaurants, and an ABC store, which made everything very easy during our stay. The host communicated very well and was responsive throughout the visit. The only minor note is that some of the furniture sat a little low to the ground, but it was still manageable. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to others.

Stayed here with a group of moms and daughters while in town for a soccer tournament. It was the perfect set up and nice to have the large backyard and pool/hot tub for hanging out. Jeremy and time were easy to communicate with via chat here in the app when we had any questions and were always prompt with responding.

We had an amazing stay with our family. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable right away. Jeremy was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Plenty of fish to catch too! This was our second year visiting and it was just as great as the first.

We had an awesome stay! Everything was exactly as described and even better in person. The home was clean, well-stocked, and perfect for our group. The location was great, and the space made it easy to relax and enjoy time together. Communication was smooth the whole way through, and we really appreciated how easy everything was from check-in to check-out. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot!

Jeremy was so responsive with instructions on everything from how to use the hot tub to great food recommendations. We also LOVED Kevin & Shannon who helped us with the boat rental. Based on Kevin's recommendations we tried his favorite Mexican restaurant and stopped for burgers at the Concord Grill - AMAZING!! We wish it was a little warmer but we had a blast!

Always a pleasure renting from Jeremy and his staff. They are considerate, responsive and want to make sure your stay is exactly how you imagined it. Great location! Right around the corner from the marina if you have a boat and the local resturant just minutes from the house. Jeremy was a great host, very communicative and quick to answer any questions. This location was very peaceful and calm for our family. Just what we needed for a quick get away. Thankyou, we hope to be back soon!
